Aside from an excellent lubricant, I accidentally found this lube does an excellent job of removing fouling in a rifle barrel! On my second jar now, which is a testament to how often I use it. Will buy more as my current jar is used up. Give this a try for your routine barrel cleaning, after using your regular rifle barrel cleaner run a patch lightly coated with Microlon and see if it doesn’t reveal more fouling your regular cleaner leaves behind.
